  • -Rewind high-voltage and DC motors according to workshop procedures.
  • -Remove old windings and accurately record winding data.
  • -Clean motor slots and install new insulation.
  • -Perform coil forming, coil insertion, connections and bandaging.
  • -Prepare motors for oven drying/curing and final assembly.
  • -Operate workshop equipment safely.
  • -Follow PPE and workplace safety procedures.
  • -Ensure winding and coil connections are properly secured and stable.
  • -Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • -Handle workshop tools and machinery responsibly and safely.
  • -Coordinate with the workshop team during repair and rewinding activities.
