Position: Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI – Electrical.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines.
• Experience with Bosch, Syntegon, Rovema, or Ishida VFFS machines is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot VFFS packaging machines.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Case Erector Machines.
• Handle electrical troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills

• Mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting VFFS machines (Bosch, Syntegon, Rovema, Ishida).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting Case Erector Machines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Troubleshooting.
• Preferred
  • Experience with TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinter) printers.
  • Experience handling Horizontal Form Fill Seal (HFFS) machines.
  • Experience with Inkjet Coders/Printers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
